• The 1A8P (resin bond)is a precision Diamond slotting / slicing / dicing wheels used for high-precision slot grinding and fine cut-off operations.
• These wheels are made in diameters 3.000” – 7.000”, thicknesses from 004″ up to 0.250″, with tight tolerances (±0.0001″) on thickness.
• The wheels require proper flanges to control exposure and maintain rigidity.
• Resin bond wheels are often used for cutting or slicing quartz, ceramic, sapphire and other hard advanced materials when a smooth, precise slot is needed.
