1A8SP CBN Wheels
1A8SP style wheels are solid resin or metal bond that are lapped flat with a thickness tolerance of ±.0001″. 1A8P style wheels are used for precision slot grinding, slicing and dicing, as well as some precision cut-off operations. Our 1A8SP style wheels can grind hard steel. 1A8SP wheels should be used with a set of 1A8F precision flanges. Wheel exposure should not exceed 15 times the thickness of the wheel. We can also manufacture flanges for
gang wheel applications.
