6A2 Diamond EWAG Resin Bond Wheel
Braemar USA 6A2 Diamond EWAG Resin Bond Wheels are engineered for precision CNC grinding and sharpening of carbide cutting tools, inserts, ceramics, cermets, and other hard, nonferrous materials. Designed for use on EWAG tool-grinding machines, the 6A2 cup-style profile provides excellent wheel rigidity, accessibility, and control when producing precise cutting edges, angles, reliefs, and complex tool geometries.
The high-performance resin bond delivers cool, free-cutting action with controlled material removal, low grinding pressure, minimal chipping, and excellent surface finishes. Consistent diamond distribution helps maintain accurate geometry, improve repeatability, and extend usable wheel life in demanding production applications.
Available in custom diameters, rim widths, diamond depths, grit sizes, concentrations, and bond formulations, each wheel can be tailored to the workpiece material, machine, removal rate, and finish requirements.
