Electroplated CBN Mandrels
Electroplated CBN (Cubic Boron Nitride) mandrels are precision grinding and finishing tools designed for internal grinding, profiling, honing, and super-finishing of hard-to-machine materials. The mandrels are made by plating a single layer of CBN abrasive onto a steel, carbide, or other rigid shank, ensuring high accuracy and sharp cutting performance.
