1A8P Diamond Wheels
1A8P style wheels are solid resin or metal bond that are lapped flat with
a thickness tolerance of ±.001". 1A8P style wheels are used for precision
slot grinding, slicing and dicing, as well as some precision cut-off operations.
Our 1A8P style wheels can grind ceramic, quartz, sapphire, glass, carbide,
graphite, and other ferrite materials. 1A8P wheels should be used with a
set of 1A8S precision flanges. Wheel exposure should not exceed 15 times
the thickness of the wheel. We can also manufacture flanges for gang wheel
applications.
