Diamond PCD Adjustable Countersinks
Diamond PCD Adjustable Countersinks are designed for precision hole preparation in CFRP, GFRP, and mixed composite-metal stacks. PCD cutting edges provide abrasive wear resistance and maintain edge geometry over extended duty cycles. This improves surface finish quality, minimizes delamination at laminate exits, and reduces fraying at fiber interfaces.
The adjustable configuration allows a single cutter to produce multiple chamfer diameters, eliminating the need for multiple fixed countersinks.
