- These are resin-bonded diamond wheels made for precision grinding on EWAG (and similar) machines.
- They are used for extremely hard or abrasive materials, such as cemented carbides, ceramics, tool steels, etc. EWAG is a manufacturer of precision grinding machine; these wheels are tailored for use on EWAG grinders or equivalent precision grinding They list some sample spec variants: diameter = 3.000″ (76 mm), thickness = 0.375″ (≈ 9.5 mm), arbor hole = 0.393″ (≈ 10 mm).
