Impregnated Diamond Dresser (Round Segment)

Impregnated Diamond Dresser is a type of grinding wheel dressing tool that contains multiple layers of fine, sharp diamond particles dispersed (or “impregnated”) in a metal-bond matrix at the working end of the tool. Unlike single-point diamond dressers, which use one large diamond crystal, impregnated dressers use many small diamonds that wear evenly, continually exposing fresh cutting edges.

• Multiple Diamond Layers – Small diamonds are distributed throughout the bond; as one layer wears, new sharp particles are exposed.

• Uniform Wear – Ensures consistent performance over the life of the dresser.
