Precision Dressing for Small Grinding Wheels

Phono Point Diamond Dressers are commonly used on small-diameter grinding wheels, typically 8 inches or less. Their narrow point geometry makes them especially useful for dressing internal radii, recessed forms, and other profiles that are difficult to reach with a standard single-point diamond dresser.
During dressing, the diamond removes loaded bond material and dull abrasive grains while generating the required wheel form. Consequently, the wheel regains its cutting action and maintains the geometry needed for precision form grinding.
